	This News Item has been viewed 4,761 times Lotrfiles Strategy Rohan v Gondor is one of the hardest match ups in my opinion. Gondor can counter you in everysingle way possible, if their units don't their heroes certainly will (mostly Gandalf). Build Order: Farm 2 Farms (Outside Base) Farm Stables Farm Well Farm Armoury Entmoot( Outside Base) Most of the build orders are the same however this one is a little different, the main change is your going to have to be a little faster. One word of advice if your going into this match up knowing your going to be against Gondor, don't be Rohan but if you really want to be do it. Get the farms, 2 inside 2 out, use your peasants to get them and make sure you buy draft the powerpoint. Get Merry or Pippin i always get confused can someone tell me which one it is? Use him to help you and your peasants using rock throw as he can really kick some but! Make sure you use his rock throw because it is a little bugged and can win you games with infantry and we like to abuse bugs quite a lot but they will buy the other hobbit and use it too with his spammed gondor soldiers, however we can beat his He will spam Gondor Soldiers so you must get as many farms as you can spamming peasants, go into his side of the map when yours is fully protected and stable and of course you have taken all the resource points. Then move on to take his, while your doing that get stables and get 3 Rohirrum with Theoden and Eomer, your heroes will win you this game so you must be good resource wise hence the spamming of peasants to win the early game battle of farms. So the earlier you get Rohirrum you can trample his soldiers, force him to get pikes to slow down him getting his knights and Gandalf. Before he gets knights you want at least 4 Rohirrum and Theoden and Eomer, you may want to get some more Rohirrum and start to save up for Armour as his blacksmith will upgrade easily as thats the probable first building he got. After you get your armour get some heroes, armour your Rohirrum up. Best heroes to get are the usual: Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli. Get them and let them run around and cause havoc. Obviously by this time your opponent will have knights and possibly the upgrades, your cavalry heroes will win this game for you on horse but you must watch out for Gandalf! When he reaches level 5 which he can with powerpoint number 2 for Gondor he will use istari light on your heroes to take them out, i took out someones legolas 3 times until he couldnt buy him anymore. After that, get Ents, watch out for gandalf try and draw him away, he will use his powers on your Rohirrum such as Lightening sword and wizard blast but you must get your men away before that, it can be catastrophic! Good strat actually worked for me,went back on the good old bfme 1.

While on topic, i just want to apologise about MY lack of strategy posts.... I'm going through a very bad patch in my life at the moment and i'm also not very well at this time. so i don't have the time or the energy to do some strats for a while.

So i apologise everyone( especially digz) about my inactivity.
